What is required to book my date? Classic Strings Philly will send you an e-contract to sign, and a 50% deposit will secure your date. The final balance is due 1 month before the event.
When will you arrive? Classic Strings Philly will arrive 1 hour before the start of the contracted time to set up and check in with the event planner and officiant.
Do you provide sound equipment for your musicians? Yes! We are able to amplify our musicians with our own sound equipment.
What will the musicians be wearing? Our musicians wear "concert black" (all black skirt/pants/shirts or black suit, white shirt, black tie).
